HENDERSON, Tenn. - The Freed-Hardeman Lady Lion volleyball team added another player to its 2017 recruiting class with the recent signing of Reilly Fulton of Franklin, Tenn.

Fulton, an outside hitter and defensive specialist, prepped at Centennial High School in Franklin, Tenn., where she was a four-year varsity player that earned All-District and All-Tournament honors during her junior season with the Cougars.

Fulton has also played for the Alliance Volleyball Club for the past six years and recently played with the 17-1 Mizuno team that successfully competed among the best teams in the nation.

"Reilly is a standout player offensively and defensively, said Erin O'Day, head volleyball coach for the Centennial High School Cougars. "She is a hard working athlete that shows outstanding leadership traits on and off the court."

Todd Humphry, head coach for the Lady Lion volleyball program, said Fulton will add versatility to FHU's roster next season.

"Reilly will help fill the void from players we will lose to graduation from this year's roster," he said. "She is a solid all around player that will really benefit our team in 2017."

Reilly is the daughter of Dean and Jennifer Fulton of Franklin, Tenn. She joins Rachel Hudgins (Hickman County High School/Centerville, Tenn.) in the 2017 recruiting class for the Lady Lion volleyball program.
