NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Freed-Hardeman Lady Lion basketball team proved they could play against any team in the country Thursday, as a short trip to Nashville resulted in an 81-64 exhibition victory over NCAA Division 1 Lipscomb University.

FHU never trailed in the match-up, as they took advantage of a slow start by Lipscomb and jumped out to an early 21-14 lead at the end of the first quarter and never looked back.
