Lions Golf adds John Parigger to 2017-18 recruiting class

HENDERSON, Tenn. - The Freed-Hardeman men's golf team added it's third recruit for the 2017-18 season with the signing of John Parigger of Manchester, Tenn.

Parigger prepped at Coffee County Central High School, where he qualified for the state tournament his junior and senior seasons. He was selected All-District and MVP during his final two years. He also competed in several summer events on the junior golf tour.

"John has a lot of potential to be successful at the collegiate level," said FHU head golf coach Chris Hodges.  "He has a very calm demeanor on the golf course. He has shown the ability to score and shoot low numbers. He's very smart and knows how to play the game. He will make an immediate impact on our program."

John is the son of Christian and Natalie Parigger of Manchester, Tenn.
