Assistant Coach - 1st Season

Jana Meninno enters her first season as Assistant Coach with the Lion and Lady Lion Track and Field teams. In addition to her coaching duties at FHU, she is also an Assistant Professor in the Health and Human Performance Department.

This past season under the direction of Meninno, the cross country teams produced seven NAIA Daktronic Scholar Athletes, which requires athletes to maintain a 3.5 GPA.

Meninno is a 2010 graduate of Appalachian State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Strength and Conditioning. She added a Master of Science degree in 2012 from Montana State University in 2012 and later added a Ph.D from East Tennessee State University in 2015.

Meninno worked as a Volunteer Assistant for the Cross Country and Track and Field teams at Montana State University under head coach Dale Kennedy from 2011-2012. She later worked as an Assistant Coach for the Cross Country and Track and Field teams at Milligan College under head coach Chris Layne from 2012-2015.

Meninno has been married to her husband Vincent, Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at FHU, since 2015.
